You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.

❌ After 12 Hours

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped. In that case:

• We can no longer cancel the order.

• You may still be eligible to return the item once it is delivered (see our Return & Refund Policy).

📦 Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders follow the same 12-hour cancellation rule.
