You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused or lightly used

  • Be free of damage

  • Be returned with all original packaging and included parts

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Used Items

We understand you may need to try the product to see if it fits your needs. Returns are accepted for lightly used items as long as:

  • The item is not damaged

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all included parts

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at contact@midnoc.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
